We grow broccoli microgreens under a controlled light recipe and freeze-dry them on site. The powder that leaves the greenhouse is the crop that grew in it, with nothing added and nothing shipped in between.
Broccoli microgreen powder is only as good as the conditions it grew in. We control all five, in one building.
Cultivar selection and seed sourcing chosen for glucoraphanin potential, not for yield alone.
A fixed spectrum and photoperiod, logged per batch, so every lot grows under the same sun.
Automated single layer growing on a hectare scale, with the climate control the Dutch horticulture sector is built on.
Harvest to freezer in minutes. No transport, no holding, no heat step that costs you structure or colour.
The harvest window and the process are fixed around the compound you are buying. One powder, one specification, lot after lot.
What goes into the dryer is the whole microgreen, cut at the point where mass and compound density meet.
One ingredient, one specification. Organic broccoli microgreen powder, freeze-dried and milled on site.

TRACEABLE TO SOURCE
PHTN.COM/TRACE
A single-origin powder with a documented growing history. Every lot carries its light recipe, harvest day, drying curve and analysis, so your own claims file has something underneath it.
We do not grow to order. Every hectare runs the same cultivar, the same light recipe and the same day nine cut, so the powder you qualify this quarter is the powder you receive next year. You formulate against a number that holds still.
Certificate of analysis per lot. Sample quantities from 250 g.
No cold chain. Sealed, dry and dark, with a 24 month shelf life.
StableCold pressing, dry blending, encapsulation and filling leave the active structure intact.
Full activity retainedRetort, extrusion and baking destroy the enzyme system the powder depends on.
Do not heatThe reaction starts when the powder meets water, so keep it dry until the point of consumption.
Keep dryProcessing guidance describes the ingredient. Photon Farm supplies raw material and analytical data and makes no health claim on any finished product.
Set the dose you want to deliver and the volume you run. We size the powder, the annual quantity and the format around it, and hand you the sheet.
This sets the format and the particle size we start from.
Glucoraphanin you want in one serving, and how many servings you expect to make in a year.
The powder is the same in every format. Particle size is fixed at 100 µm.

We reply with a full spec sheet, a sample quote and an indicative price band.
Indicative only, not an offer. Yield is modelled on a typical lot and is confirmed per batch by analysis. Glucoraphanin content varies with cultivar, light recipe and harvest day.
Nine days of growing, then straight into the dryer. The sequence is fixed, logged and repeatable.
Organic broccoli seed, selected lots, tested for germination and glucoraphanin potential before sowing.
Automated sowing on hemp mat, single layer, with irrigation set to a fixed pH and EC window.
A fixed spectrum recipe over the full cycle. Daylight plus supplemental LED, logged per batch.
Cut at day nine, where mass and compound density meet, and moved to stabilisation within the hour.
On-site freeze-drying to a set water activity. Structure, colour and bioactives stay where they were.
Milled to your particle size, packed under food grade conditions, released with a lot analysis.
Freeze-drying takes the water and leaves the rest. Colour is the first thing a buyer checks, and the last thing we are willing to lose.
Certified organic ingredient, documentation supplied with every shipment.
GMO-free production, from seed lot through to packing.
From seed to specification. Each lot resolves to its own growing record.
Grown and harvested for high glucoraphanin potential, verified per lot.
A single uniform powder. No custom grows, no drift between lots.
Scalable volumes and contract quantities for global partners.
Co-branded and white label opportunities on finished formats.
Joint trials on new spectra and cultivars, run in our own greenhouse.
Our greenhouse sits in the Venlo horticulture region, on the German border and inside the densest cluster of growing technology in Europe. It runs on solar power supplied by Dutch Solar Greens, with freeze-drying as the main load.
Single layer, automated, one crop. That focus is what lets us hold a spectrum steady across a hectare and put a number on what comes out.
First commercial lots, 2027. Sampling and trial volumes available before then.A small team on one site. The person who answers your technical question is the person who set the light recipe.
