Dutch organic broccoli microgreen powder

We build autonomy.We grow health.

We grow broccoli microgreens under a controlled light recipe and freeze-dry them on site. The powder that leaves the greenhouse is the crop that grew in it, with nothing added and nothing shipped in between.

Five things decide
what is in the powder.

Broccoli microgreen powder is only as good as the conditions it grew in. We control all five, in one building.

Plant biology

Cultivar selection and seed sourcing chosen for glucoraphanin potential, not for yield alone.

Controlled light

A fixed spectrum and photoperiod, logged per batch, so every lot grows under the same sun.

Dutch greenhouse engineering

Automated single layer growing on a hectare scale, with the climate control the Dutch horticulture sector is built on.

On-site freeze-drying

Harvest to freezer in minutes. No transport, no holding, no heat step that costs you structure or colour.

High glucoraphanin potential

The harvest window and the process are fixed around the compound you are buying. One powder, one specification, lot after lot.

Broccoli microgreen canopy, macro, seed coats still on the cotyledons

A crop, not an extract.

What goes into the dryer is the whole microgreen, cut at the point where mass and compound density meet.

What you are buying

A single-origin powder with a documented growing history. Every lot carries its light recipe, harvest day, drying curve and analysis, so your own claims file has something underneath it.

We do not grow to order. Every hectare runs the same cultivar, the same light recipe and the same day nine cut, so the powder you qualify this quarter is the powder you receive next year. You formulate against a number that holds still.

No cold chain. Sealed, dry and dark, with a 24 month shelf life.

Stable
Cold processing
Suitable

Cold pressing, dry blending, encapsulation and filling leave the active structure intact.

Full activity retained
Above 50 °C
Not suitable

Retort, extrusion and baking destroy the enzyme system the powder depends on.

Do not heat
Water contact
On use

The reaction starts when the powder meets water, so keep it dry until the point of consumption.

Keep dry

Processing guidance describes the ingredient. Photon Farm supplies raw material and analytical data and makes no health claim on any finished product.

Freeze-drying takes the water and leaves the rest. Colour is the first thing a buyer checks, and the last thing we are willing to lose.

05

How we work
with buyers.

Organic

Certified organic ingredient, documentation supplied with every shipment.

Non-GMO

GMO-free production, from seed lot through to packing.

Traceable

From seed to specification. Each lot resolves to its own growing record.

Glucoraphanin rich

Grown and harvested for high glucoraphanin potential, verified per lot.

One specification

A single uniform powder. No custom grows, no drift between lots.

Bulk solutions

Scalable volumes and contract quantities for global partners.

Private label

Co-branded and white label opportunities on finished formats.

Development

Joint trials on new spectra and cultivars, run in our own greenhouse.

06

A hectare of
controlled light.

Our greenhouse sits in the Venlo horticulture region, on the German border and inside the densest cluster of growing technology in Europe. It runs on solar power supplied by Dutch Solar Greens, with freeze-drying as the main load.

Single layer, automated, one crop. That focus is what lets us hold a spectrum steady across a hectare and put a number on what comes out.

First commercial lots, 2027. Sampling and trial volumes available before then.
